Returns and exchange

You may send back or exchange the shoes you bought within 30 days. The shoes should be sent to us in the original packaging with the return-form filled in. A return or exchange is only possible if the shoes are in a perfect condition and if a proof of purchase, i.e. invoice or receipt, is sent to us. Reimbursement is made in the same form as the payment was made. Any signs of using the shoes will make a return or exchange impossible. If you return the shoes, you will be reimbursed for the price you paid plus the shipping costs. If you exchange the shoes, you will receive the new pair and will not be charged for the shipment.
