Payments and deliveries
Available payment forms:

- COD payments.
 After your payment is confirmed, we will send you the shoes and the receipt. The delivery is made by the Polish postal service (Poczta Polska S.A.), appropriate shipping fees apply. For deliveries abroad, credit card and PayPal payments or bank transfer are required. Delivery cost is to be covered by the customer. If you order an item which is not in stock at the moment, you may make a reservation for it. After placing an online order, you will be sent a system-generated confirmation e-mail.
Returns and exchange.
You may send back or exchange the shoes you bought within 30 days. The shoes should be sent to us in the original packaging with the return-form filled in. A return or exchange is only possible if the shoes are in a perfect condition and if a proof of purchase, i.e. invoice or receipt, is sent to us. Reimbursement is made in the same form as the payment was made. If you return the shoes, you will be reimbursed for the price you paid plus the shipping costs. If you exchange the shoes, you will receive the new pair and will not be charged for the shipment. Any signs of using the shoes will make a return or exchange impossible. The customer must pay the return delivery cost. Returns should be sent to: Graand-Buty, Zakęcie 11a, 67-106 Otyn / Poland.
Complaints
 If you should want to make a complaint, please fill in the return form carefully. All complaints will be considered according to the existing Polish law regulations. We cannot accept complaints about mechanical damages resulting from careless or improper usage of shoes, inner colour loss in shoes made from natural leather and the shoes getting naturally worn out. We reserve the right to slight differences in the leather colours of the shoes we offer.

General conditions
All prices are stated in PLN and Euro and are VAT-inclusive. If you place an order, you agree to accept our terms and conditions. The merchandise remains the property of the shop until the payment is received.
